Flight change policy and fee in Norwegian Airlines
If you made a plan for traveling in Norwegian Airlines and booked the tickets but suddenly you have to change the plan because of unforeseen circumstances and you have to change the flight because of the same. You don’t need to worry about it as the Norwegian Air Change Flight allows you to change the flight date, time or destination, before at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the flight and you need to pay an additional changing fee.
If you have requested to change the booking within the 24 hours of the time when the ticket was booked you don’t need to pay any extra charge as the flight change fee, you just have to pay if there is a difference in the fares of both the fights. You can request for the refund if the new rebooked flight fare is less than the canceled one.
Ø There will be a charge of GBP 20 if the ticket is requested to be changed at the airport or by calling the customer services.
Ø There is a fee GBP 55 for changing from Low fare, Low fare + and premium, per person each way
Ø There is a GBP 90 fee for changing Long haul flights per person each way
Ø If you have the flex and premium flex in that case you can change the flight, there will no flight changing fee, you just have to pay the fare difference if the new flight fare is higher
Also if you want to change the name on your ticket its free if you want to correct the name which was misspelled and you don’t have to pay any fee for that up to 3 to 4 characters correction, also if you want to change the name as per the legal changes in the name (E.g. from maiden name to married name) is also free, however you have to pay for it but you can request for the refund in order to change the name legally.
