Ground Cinnamon (to your desired level)

Microwave some all-natural peanut butter to make it liquid and drizzle on top if you wish.

1 banana
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Raw honey (add to your desired sweetness level)
1 scoop of Zammex Collagen or Bone Broth

All-natural peanut butter
Directions: You will just need one pot for this recipe. Add the oats, a mashed banana (riper the better), vanilla extract, honey, Zammex and almond milk to your desired level of consistency (more if you like a wetter version, less if you like a drier, cakier oats. Heat and stir consistently for about 10 minutes so oats cook, all is mixed well, and the almond milk has evaporated a bit. Pull off the stove and add to a bowl. Microwave peanut butter to give it a liquid consistency – drizzle on top. Add pecans and enjoy.
