If you have bought your ticket via the official website of ANA, you are suggested to make your refund request via the same website. If you have bought your ANA ticket via phone, you are suggested to make your refund request via ANA phone number in the country of your purchase. If you have made your ANA ticket at a ticket agency, you are suggested to make your refund request at the same counter. In adherence with ANA cancellation policy 24 hours, you need to visit the ticket counter at ANA airport if you have made your reservation at ANA reservation counter in Japan.
