- Valid Passport and Visa
- Work Permit Documents
- 3 coloured Passport sized pictures
- Sketch of the exact geographical location of the radio station
- Samples Needed: The samples of all the equipment should be submitted for verification and approval. As these are the most important devices that could be used illegally.
- The undertaking of Owner: The use of all wireless devices requires the best look after and for this the owner and its employees should be educated enough to handle it up. The wireless devices may transmit the signals to the places that are not licensed. So keep a check to every single signal transmitted anywhere.
- Qualification Documents: These types of equipment are to be set and accessed by highly trained and well-educated people who tend to have a piece of great knowledge about these wireless devices. So, it is necessary to follow the steps and get access to the stations and wireless equipment you want. You cannot run any firm, organisation or association that is providing the wireless signals through routers without having PTA Wireless Equipment COC and Wireless Station License.
