The Non-Rotating Hydraulic Set Liner Hanger With Integrated Packer is set by hydraulic pressure within the running-in string; neither reciprocation nor rotation is required. The hanger has two staggered rows of slips, with three slip segments in each row. The staggered design provides large by-pass area for easy running and free circulation, and the large distributed slip contact area reduces stress in the supporting casing.

Integrated Packer is compression set that utilizes the High Performance Packing Element design. The Packing element is actuated by applying set-down weight to the tieback extension via the setting dogs of the packer setting tool. The packing elements will squeeze and seal off any extrusion gap, A body lock ring system holds a permanent set in the seal once actuated.

Drillable Pack Off Bushing (DPOB) provides a method of sealing off the liner top to allow for cementing.  It has Teflon-TFE seals, moly-glass chevron seals, or O-ring
seal to seal on the OD of a seal joint that is connected to the bottom of a running tool.

The Non-Rotating Hydraulic Set Liner Hanger Integrated Packer  of Completion Oil Tools may be used to hang any type or size liner at any depth. It is generally used in conjunction with long, heavy liners in deep holes, or in deviated holes where reciprocation or rotation of the liner cannot be assured. Thus, it can be used effectively in installations where there is danger of the liner becoming stuck, since it can be set without any movement of the liner. It is especially useful in offshore wells drilled from floating vessels as well as On-shore application.
