In-store pick up: – If you want to return a product purchased from PetSmart.com,

• You will have to simply bring the product with its original packaging or the confirmation email of delivery to any branches of PetSmart.
• If paid by credit card, the same card will be required so that the company can credit the refund to the same card.
• If you do not have the same credit card or chose to pay by different payment method, then you will get a merchandise return card for the same amount. You can use it for future in-store shopping but you cannot redeem it for cash.

By Mail: If you want to return a product via mail

• You have to pack the item safely and carefully in order to ship.
• Keep a copy of packing slip and attach provided return shipping label and then send it.
• You will have to pay the shipping charges.

Returning or exchanging products with a receipt:
