INDICATIONS :
THE DOSAGE OF KUTAJGHAN VATI:
It is to be taken in a dose of 2-4 tablets (Adult) & 1 tablet (Children) thrice a day with cold water before or after food or as directed by an Ayurvedic Expert.
HOW LONG TO USE:
It can be used up to 2 to 3 months, based on Ayurvedic Doctor’s Advice.
DIET IS TO BE FOLLOWED:
- Eat meals regularly to avoid eating while standing.
- Balanced fiber diet, not an excessive fiber in food.
- Avoid caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, etc.
- Drinks plenty of water, don’t drink after having food.
